You can get a Certified Translation Document in one of two ways: by being notarized or by being certified translated. Note: it is not required for every country so check before sending it off for an apostille. An Apostille Certificate will make your document more valid when used for legal purposes in countries where it is accepted.

  2. Get an original copy of the document that needs to be translated and certified by the issuing authority (e.g., government, notary public, court official).
  3. Check with the translator about their pricing policy, turnaround time, and other important details before signing any contracts.
  4. Submit payment for both services at this time or upon delivery according to what they agreed upon.
